- A title agency has to be much more than just a company brokering an insurance policy and therefore we must go above and beyond for our clients.
- CHA acts as the shepherd of the transaction & our duty is to provide clear title and facilitate a smooth transaction, but we also want to be there to offer advice to our clients and be a trusted resource and team member.
- We will go above and beyond including traveling to clients for closings, working early and late, and do what needs to be done. We understand that your purchase or refinance is a major life event – whether the property is a personal residence or investment.
CHA’s team collectively has decades of legal and title experience, is underwritten by Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, the industry’s largest and most trusted underwriter; and brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. This knowledge is regularly deployed when assisting clients with abnormal title issues and allows us to think outside of the box in figuring out how to bring transactions to the closing table.
